		<description>It would be kinda awesome, but kinda cruel, to have the fightings skills of a character in a survival horror drop or be affected by the level of fear the user is experiencing, e.g. erratic aim, unfocused vision, acute sense of hearing, etc.

If they did this with Silent Hill, I&#039;m pretty sure my character would be curled up in a corner, gently rocking back and forth, at the first sight of one of those skinned dogs that Konami loves so much. 

Damn, I hate those dogs.</description>
